I have been advising on real estate since 2009, covering Jupiter, Tequesta, North Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Hobe Sound, Stuart and West Palm Beach. My work spans residential homes, luxury coastal and Intracoastal properties, commercial assets and investment real estate.
A business background, applied to real estate
Before real estate, I spent three decades in business. I built telecom and technology partnerships at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, then moved into principal investing and distressed-asset turnarounds, including a commercial repositioning that closed with a sale to TD Bank. I also founded and ran several technology ventures.
That experience shapes how I work today. Every recommendation starts with the numbers: comparable sales, absorption, carrying costs, zoning and what a property can realistically become. Clients get the analysis behind the advice, not just the advice.
