Tequesta is a small, established village at the very top of Palm Beach County, just north of Jupiter. Founded in the 1950s as a planned community, it offers a quiet residential feel, abundant waterfront, and quick access to some of the most beautiful beaches on the coast.

Homes you will find
Tequesta’s housing grew up around the Tequesta Country Club and today includes mid-century and updated single-family homes, riverfront and Intracoastal properties, and condominiums, including oceanfront options on the Jupiter Island side. Older homes are often prime candidates for renovation, which can create real value.
Getting around
US-1 runs through the village, with Tequesta Drive and County Line Road as local connectors. Jupiter’s Indiantown Road access to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike is a short drive south.
Schools: School assignments follow the address, not the town name. Check any specific address with the School District of Palm Beach County boundary tools, and I am happy to help you look one up.
