The Club and Amenities
The Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club offers three courses. The Village Course, designed by Tom Fazio, sits inside the gates and is known for a 17th hole reached by ferry boat. Two more courses are at Old Trail: The Fazio at Old Trail, which has hosted USGA events, and The Hills at Old Trail, designed by Arthur Hills.

- Village rules: each village may have its own association, fees and rules; review them for the specific home.
- Older homes: homes date from 1979 to 2007, so check roof age, windows and updates, which affect both insurance and value.
- Insurance and flood zones: waterfront and low-lying lots can carry higher insurance costs and flood requirements; get quotes early.
- Homestead: if this will be your primary residence, file for the homestead exemption with the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser by March 1.
