The Jupiter Ocean & Racquet Club, known locally as JORC, is a condominium community at 1605 South US-1 at Ocean Way, between US-1 and A1A and about three-tenths of a mile from Jupiter Beach. Built from 1976 to 1981, it includes the Tennis Villas, Sea Rise and Sea Lofters buildings, with one- to three-bedroom homes of about 700 to 1,800 square feet.

JORC is a great combination: an east of US-1 location a short walk from Jupiter Beach, tennis leagues and a real sense of community, and a great community pool. It is one of the most attainable ways to live this close to the ocean.
