Paseos is a non-gated neighborhood of about 325 Mediterranean-style single-family homes on Toney Penna Drive at Pennock Lane, south of Indiantown Road. Built between 2003 and 2007 with concrete block construction, it offers some of the newest single-family homes east of I-95 in Jupiter.

Paseos gets you newer Mediterranean construction east of I-95, which is hard to find in Jupiter. You’re a short ride to Carlin Park and the beach, with a clubhouse, pool and tennis inside the neighborhood and no club dues. The homes are mid-2000s builds, so you get modern layouts with taller ceilings without paying new-construction prices.
