Bermuda Terrace, Tequesta FL: Neighborhood Guide

Bermuda Terrace is a riverside neighborhood of about 120 homes in Tequesta, set between Tequesta Drive, Country Club Drive and the North Fork of the Loxahatchee River. It blends classic mid-century ranch homes with newer, larger homes, and many properties enjoy water access.

Stefan’s take

Bermuda Terrace is a true Old Florida neighborhood where new meets old very nicely: smaller, older homes sit alongside beautiful waterfront homes, with a community boat ramp and little or no HOA. Tequesta Country Club is a short walk, bike ride or golf cart ride away, and everything else is close by. To me, it is really what Tequesta is all about.
