Broadview sits directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, looking straight across at Jupiter Island, on what is often the bluest, most Bahamas-like water in the area. A direct neighbor to Sandpointe Bay, it is a 55-plus community of about 120 condos with two-bedroom homes, a community dock and a pool and clubhouse. In season, manatees, rays, turtles and many kinds of fish are often visible right from the shoreline.
