Country Club Point is a waterfront neighborhood in Tequesta surrounded by the North Fork of the Loxahatchee River, next to Tequesta Country Club. Many homes have water frontage and docks, and the neighborhood mixes established homes with larger rebuilt estates.

Country Club Point tucks into the golf cart friendly section of Tequesta, just across the street from the country club. Some homes are on the water and others have water access, and everyone has full golf cart access to Tequesta Country Club and the rest of the community. With A-rated schools and a super cute, welcoming feel, it is one of my favorite pockets of the Village.

- Flood zone and elevation: check the flood zone and finished floor elevation for waterfront homes.
- Club membership: Tequesta Country Club membership is separate; ask the club about current options.
- Insurance and flood zones: waterfront and low-lying lots can carry higher insurance costs and flood requirements; get quotes early.
- Homestead: if this will be your primary residence, file for the homestead exemption with the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser by March 1.
