Egret Landing is a non-gated neighborhood of about 654 single-family homes set on roughly 250 acres around two large lakes, just northwest of Abacoa off Indian Creek Parkway. Built in the late 1990s and early 2000s, it is one of the most amenity-rich neighborhoods in Jupiter that does not require a club membership.

Egret Landing is one of Jupiter’s most complete neighborhoods without a country club price tag. The lakes give a lot of homes water views, the amenity list rivals communities that charge far more, and that RV and boat lot is a real perk in a town where most associations won’t let you keep either at home. You’re minutes from Abacoa’s restaurants and ballpark, and it’s a real neighborhood where people walk, bike and know each other.

What Stands Out
The amenity list rivals communities with far higher dues, and lake views come with many homesites. Abacoa Town Center, Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, Abacoa Community Park and Indian Creek Park are all close by, and Alton Town Center and I-95 are a short drive.
Buyer Tips
- Ask about current HOA dues, what they cover, and any waitlist or fees for the RV and boat storage lot.
- Lakefront homes command a premium; compare lake and non-lake sales separately when you price.
- On homes from the late 1990s, check roof age, impact windows and A/C, which drive insurance costs.
- Confirm school assignments with the School District of Palm Beach County.
