Sonoma Isles, Jupiter FL: Community Guide

Sonoma Isles is a gated DiVosta community of 275 single-family homes on about 260 acres off West Indiantown Road, just west of Florida’s Turnpike. It opened in 2015 with homes from about 2,500 to more than 5,100 square feet and two- or three-car garages.

Stefan’s take

Sonoma Isles sits right by the Jupiter Country Club and is one of the most well-regarded Pulte/DiVosta builds in the area. These are executive homes behind a gate with resort-style amenities. It’s an amazing lifestyle, and as a DiVosta and Pulte specialist, I know these floor plans and how the original upgrades affect value.
