The Club and the Course

The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus with Justin Thomas and opened in 2023, set into the natural terrain and native landscape of Avenir’s preserve, with a par-3 course for quick rounds and practice. Plans call for a clubhouse of about 60,000 square feet. Club membership is private and handled separately from buying a home, so confirm current membership categories, availability and costs directly with the club before you buy.

Life Around Panther National

Avenir’s master plan includes resort-style community clubhouses, more than 300 acres of lakes and waterways, more than 2,400 acres of preserve with walking trails, golf cart paths, dog parks and a planned working farm. Avenir Town Center opened its Publix in May 2026 and is growing into a local hub for shopping, dining and everyday services, and Health Park at Avenir, a medical campus with hospital and medical office space, broke ground in June 2026. For golfers, Panther National, a private club with a Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas course, sits inside Avenir with membership private and optional, and PGA National’s five championship courses are a short drive east.
